AFLyon benefits from the expertise developed by the Alliance Française network (819 organisations in 137 countries) over the last 130 years as well as amazing intercultural projects.

The Institut de Touraine was founded in 1912. It now has a team of 20 permanent teachers and 10 members of admin staff. The school is placed under the educational supervision of the University of Tours.

Lyon Bleu International is a private study centre for the teaching of French language and culture, and has been in operation since 1999.

The school is located in the historic district of Tours, at the heart of the Jardin de la France, less than an hour from Paris by TGV train.
