An internationally renowned multilingual and multicultural centre, CAREL is a public institution set up in 1966 by the town of Royan and University of Poitiers which welcomes French and foreign students (youngsters and adults, individuals and professionals, teachers) all year round.

Located 90 minutes from Paris by TGV, Nancy, city of lights and art nouveau, hosts many students.
